I had a great time wandering around Ninesprings Country Park, just a 2.5 km stroll away, and the nearby Montacute TV Radio Toy Museum was a delightful surprise, making for a lovely weekend filled with charming local experiences. the staff were friendly and the dining area was cozy, perfect for relaxing after my adventures.

Spent 2 nights for a family wedding. The room felt a bit old-school but was clean and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast was awesome, especially the veggie cooked one. Tried to retrieve my phone charger and emailed them, but no updates after multiple tries. Not cool.

The hotel’s location was great for heading out to Cheddar Gorge, and we loved exploring the breathtaking views. The staff were friendly, helping us settle in and making our stay enjoyable despite a few hiccups.

My kids wished there were more entertainment options for families.

The confusion at check-in regarding payment was promptly resolved, showcasing the staff's trustworthiness. The superior double room met all expectations from the marketing photos, providing a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring local cheese that stood out. The warm and friendly hospitality made the stay particularly enjoyable.

Just a nice choice for a weekend stopover in Yeovil with fantastic value for money. The staff were really helpful, even assisting with heavy equipment during our event. Make sure to enjoy a soak in the lovely deep bath in the suite!

One downside was the inconsistent internet connection which dropped out at times, impacting my ability to stay connected.

Rooms in the annexe served their purpose, though they felt a bit dated. Dinner in a private room was enjoyable, particularly the chocolate fondant, while the scallop servings seemed minimal. The full English breakfast was commendable, prepared to order and satisfying. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience.

The shower pressure was a bit lackluster, more of a trickle than a proper flow, which can be frustrating. While the evening menu had a decent variety, the internet connection dropped out periodically, and I encountered some noise disruptions late at night, which might be an annoyance for light sleepers.
